Build A Cold Email List In Apollo

You can export thousands of your leads in 10 minutes by using Apollo.io which is specifically designed for this purpose.

You can build a very targeted list filtering for things like:

  • Country

  • Job Title

  • Company

  • Estimated Revenue

  • Number of Employees

  • Industry

  • Keywords

  • Technologies (for example, if they are built on Shopify)

And much, much more.

Build a list of your Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) to use for cold email. Put in as many filters as necessary to make the list as targeted as possible.


Important

  • The two best filters you can use for accuracy are employee count (more accurate at predicting company size than revenue) and technologies used (eg. if they use Shopify as a technology they are guaranteed to have an Ecommerce Store)

  • Before you export, check the top 25 on the list. If at least 80% (20 out of the 25) are in your target audience, export it. If less than 80% are good, play around with the settings more.
