Especially at the start, I would recommend you have an asset to go through on your YouTube videos. Do not just talk at the camera. You probably do not have enough knowledge, conviction or energy to do so.
When you have an asset, you will be more relaxed, you will know what to say, and you can make your videos more valuable.
The two main ways to make assets:
Slides in Gamma or Google Slides
Miro Boards
Stick to these two options for your first 100 videos over the course of this year.
Try to start your asset with the following three points:
Promise
Plan
Proof
(You can do any order you want).
This is the desired intro for B2B videos as it touches on the three most important points for retention and creating a strong video. If you do not have proof, don't force it and lie/or make yourself sound goofy. You can pull from external proof such as "this is what Steve Jobs used to do."
