I would recommend filming your VSL while facing the window during the day so you get some good, natural light.

Here are some other notes:

1. The camera should be at eye level

2. Do not have a ton of empty space above your head

3. Watch yourself on mute and make sure your face doesn't look super weird

4. It is better to have a real DLSR camera and such but if you don't, use your phone

5. Make your background look as professional as possible. Don't have your un-made bed in the back.

6. Dress with a collared shirt if you can. Don't dress like a slob.
