After you have your list and you have cleaned it with MillionVerifier, you need to upload it inside Instantly.

Step 1: Log in to Instantly.ai

1. Go to Instantly.ai and log in with your credentials.

Step 2: Access Your Campaign

1. On the Dashboard, go to the Campaigns section.

2. Click on an existing campaign or create a new one by clicking “Create New Campaign”.

Step 3: Prepare Your Email List

1. Ensure your list is in a CSV format.

2. Include required fields like:

• Email Address (mandatory)

• Optional: First Name, Last Name, Company Name, etc.

Step 4: Upload the List

1. In your campaign, go to the Leads section.

2. Click Upload Leads or Import CSV.

3. Choose your CSV file and upload it.

Step 5: Map the Fields

1. Instantly.ai will prompt you to match the CSV columns to the required fields.

• Example:

• Column 1 → Email Address

• Column 2 → First Name

2. Confirm the mapping and proceed.

Step 6: Finalize the Upload

1. Click Upload to start processing your list.

2. Instantly.ai will validate the list and import the leads into your campaign.

Step 7: Review and Start Campaign

1. Verify that all leads appear in the Leads tab.

2. Start or schedule your campaign when ready.
