Never use unverified Apollo leads when you are doing cold email. The Apollo "verification" process does not do a sufficient job to make the lists prepped for cold outreach. You need to use a tool, like MillionVerifier.com, to actually test every single one of the emails to ensure it does not bounce. This will protect your email accounts from getting spam blocked.

Step 1: Log In to MillionVerifier

1. Go to MillionVerifier.

2. Log in with your account credentials.

Step 2: Upload Your Email List

1. On the dashboard, click Verify List.

2. Select Upload File.

3. Upload your email list in .csv or .txt format.

Tip: Ensure your list is formatted correctly (one email per row).

4. Click Start Verification to begin the process.

Step 3: Monitor the Verification Process

1. Wait for MillionVerifier to process your list.

2. You can track the progress on your Dashboard.

Step 4: Download the Cleaned List

1. Once complete, go to My Lists.

2. Find the verified list and click Download.

3. Choose the filtered option you want (e.g., Valid Emails Only).

Step 5: Use the Cleaned List

1. Import the clean list into your email marketing tool.

2. Remove invalid or risky emails to improve deliverability.
