Decide Main Service

You need to pick the service that you are going to sell your target market. This is the first step of this entire Skool group.

You need to specialize in something that either makes people more money or saves them time or both. Without something to sell, you will not make money (obviously).

The best thing to do is to choose something you are naturally inclined to. If you are artistic, maybe choose something to do with design. If you are a good writer, maybe choose something like email marketing. If you are good with systems, maybe choose something like AI automation with Make.com.

Mistakes To Avoid

  • Do not offer more than one service

  • Do not choose a service with a target market that is too small. It should be 10,000 businesses or more in your target audience.

  • Do not offer a service that doesn't either make them more money or save them time and it should be clear how it does so.

Examples

  • Email marketing

  • Conversion rate optimization

  • Facebook ads

  • Google ads

  • Graphic design

  • YouTube editing

  • YouTube script writing

  • Ghost writing

  • Appointment setting

  • Closing

What I Did/What I Do

When I grew my previous agency, my main service was Conversion Rate Optimization for Ecommerce Stores.

This is/was an in-demand, high-value service that tons of Ecommerce Stores needed.
